Full job description

Dale Leisure Supplies Limited are leading wholesale suppliers to Holiday Parks throughout the UK. As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our existing team.

Sales Administrator (30 to 39 hours per week)

Working in a small and friendly team your responsibilities would be varied, and include:

- Managing the full sales order process including liaising with customers, processing of orders and ensuring orders are despatched on time, etc.

- Preparing customer quotations and following up.

- Liaising with various other departments to ensure the sales order process runs smoothly

- First point of contact - answering the telephone

- Resolving customer queries

- Producing a variety of reports

- General administration duties

Person Requirements

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar (customer service or sales admin) role is essential

- Must be comfortable communicating with people at all levels, in a professional manner.

- Be confident in being able to handle customer problems or conflict well

- Be conscientious and have great attention to detail

- Be reliable with a positive approach and a “can do” attitude.

- Be a proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Package

This is a permanent, office-based position offering a minimum of 30 hours a week up to 39 hours a week, in a great working environment. Annual salary of £26,364.00 (£13.00 per hour) pro rata. We can consider flexible working hours to accommodate school drop off and pick up times for the ideal candidate. Office hours are Monday – Thursday 07:45am – 4:15pm, Fridays 07:45am – 3:15pm
