Join our dynamic team as an Airbnb Cleaning Specialist in ! This exciting role offers the opportunity to ensure that every guest experiences a spotless, welcoming, and comfortable stay. As a key player in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, you will help create memorable stays for travelers from around the world. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of Airbnb properties between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning essentials to ensure readiness for new guests
Inspect properties for any maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly to management
Follow established cleaning protocols to meet health and safety standards while maintaining efficiency
Communicate professionally with property managers or hosts regarding cleaning schedules and property condition
Maintain cleanliness logs and record completed tasks accurately for accountability
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members or property managers
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Basic physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment
