Full job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as Finance Administrator working in Leeds as part of our Finance team.

Salary: Up to £28,000 + excellent benefits package

We are a rapidly growing, fast-paced business, and pride ourselves on offering our customers the highest standard of products and service.

To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated and detail-orientated Finance Administrator, who is passionate about developing accounting skills and delivering exceptional support to a small finance team.

Role Responsibilities:

Processing incoming supplier invoices, in GBP, USD & EUR into NetSuite.
Expense reimbursement for employees.
Administration of accounts inbox, acting as the first point of contact to external suppliers and internal employees.
Assist Finance team with ad hoc tasks.
Assist with monthly bank reconciliation.

About You

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience of NetSuite is preferable but not required.
Fantastic attention to detail, problem solving and organisational skills.
Ability to follow instructions easily in a fast-paced environment and work autonomously through a variety of tasks.
Passion to work collaboratively with team members and other teams to improve processes and productivity.
A passion to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Time-management skills with use of initiative is essential in peak times such as surrounding month end account preparation.
