Trainee Property Administrator

We are looking for a Trainee Property Administrator to join our friendly and growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career within the property sector, with full training and support provided.

Embark on an exciting journey as a Trainee Property Administrator, where you will gain invaluable experience in the dynamic world of property management. This entry-level role is designed to develop your administrative skills, enhance your understanding of property operations, and prepare you for a successful career in real estate. You'll be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence, learning the ins and outs of property administration while supporting daily business functions. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to build foundational skills, grow professionally, and contribute to the smooth running of property portfolios.

The Role

As a Trainee Property Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the property team and gain hands-on experience across a range of property management and administration duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the day-to-day administration of residential properties.
Maintaining accurate property and tenant records.
Preparing letters, emails and other property-related correspondence.
Assisting with tenancy documentation and maintaining files.
Liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and other professional contacts.
Recording and following up maintenance issues and requests.
Assisting with invoices, payments and general financial administration.
Updating property management and case management systems.
Arranging appointments, inspections and access where required.
Providing general administrative support to the wider property team.

About You

Previous property experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is:

Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Reliable, professional and keen to learn.
Confident communicating by telephone, email and in person.
Accurate and attentive to detail.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Customer-focused with a positive and helpful approach.
Interested in building a long-term career within the property industry.
Must drive and have access to own vehicle.
