Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our dynamic team. Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks
Manage invoicing, billing, and expense tracking to support smooth cash flow management
Support the preparation of financial reports and assist with audits as needed
Handle general administrative duties including filing, correspondence, and scheduling

Skills

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial recordkeeping
