Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Lettings Company as an Company Administrator to support the smooth running of our office and administrative operations. This role is central to maintaining an efficient workplace, coordinating staff, and ensuring high‑quality communication across the business.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong IT and typing abilities, and a confident, proactive approach. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation.

Duties

Receive a daily morning handover from the Director or other instructed staff and manage all follow‑up communications, including typing professional emails, messages, letters, and notices to tenants and landlords.
Help manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence and general workflow
Work closely with the Director to handle tenant queries and resolve issues promptly.
Carry out clerical tasks including data entry, document preparation, and other associated tasks using our Software - Street.
Write professional messages, emails, and letters to tenants and landlords with strong attention to detail
Post property adverts and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date listings across relevant platforms
Prepare Tenancy Agreements, Tenant Receipts, Landlord Receipts, Maintenance Quotes etc
Communicate confidently with the Director and team members via phone, email, and
Proactively suggest new ideas, improvements, and solutions to support business growth and efficiency

Experience

Proven background in office administration or similar roles, including supervisory responsibilities
Strong communication skills with the ability to write clearly, professionally, and confidently
High level of IT proficiency, including fast and accurate typing and familiarity with office software
Prior management role experience is highly desirable
Demonstrated organisational ability and confidence in managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Familiarity with Lettings/ Property management processes, tenant communication, or lettings administration is an advantage

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
