Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining efficient office operations, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment.

Duties

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
Organise and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for staff members
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Handle invoicing, billing, and other clerical duties using QuickBooks or similar programmes
Support inventory management and procurement processes
Maintain a clean and organised office environment to promote productivity
Assist in organising company events or meetings when necessary

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and QuickBooks
Excellent typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks
Strong administrative experience with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Ability to adapt quickly to new software or procedures as required
Attention to detail in all aspects of work to ensure accuracy and efficiency
