Full job description

Trainee Sales Negotiator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the property industry. No previous estate agency experience is required as full training will be provided.

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

Enthusiastic and eager to learn
Friendly and approachable
Professional in both appearance and communication
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Punctual and reliable
Able to use common sense and work on their own initiative
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Confident speaking to customers both in person and over the phone
Hold a full UK driving licence
Have access to their own vehicle

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Answering incoming telephone calls
Responding to emails professionally and promptly
Greeting and assisting customers visiting the office
Sales chasing and following up with buyers, sellers and other parties involved in property transactions
Learning all aspects of the Sales Negotiator role through on-the-job training
Carrying out property viewings following training
Providing excellent customer service at all times
