Location: Great Blakenham, Ipswich
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00–£14.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills

About Us

Loading Center Logistics Ltd is a growing logistics and warehousing company based in Great Blakenham, Ipswich.

We provide warehousing, fulfilment, container handling, stock management, e-commerce logistics and distribution services for a wide range of B2B and B2C customers.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

Loading and unloading goods, pallets and containers
Receiving and checking incoming stock
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
Moving and transferring goods within the warehouse
Labelling, palletising and repacking stock
Carrying out stock replenishment and stock movements
Processing returns and other warehouse tasks
Using warehouse management systems and handheld devices where required
Maintaining accurate stock and task records
Carrying out general warehouse housekeeping
Keeping working areas clean, safe and organised
Following Health & Safety procedures and company SOPs
Supporting other warehouse activities as required

What We Are Looking For

Previous warehouse experience preferred
Full UK driving licence is desirable
Forklift licence or previous forklift experience is highly desirable
Reliable and punctual
Good attention to detail
Comfortable with physically demanding warehouse work and manual handling
Basic computer skills
Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication skills
Flexible and willing to support different warehouse activities when required

What We Offer

£13.00–£14.00 per hour depending on experience and skills

Working Environment

This is a hands-on warehouse role. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment involving manual handling, pallet movement, loading/unloading and a variety of daily warehouse tasks.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, organised and willing to contribute as part of a team.
