Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (Day shift) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely delivery of construction and infrastructure projects. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help drive project success from inception through completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Duties

Assist in developing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring all phases are accurately mapped out and milestones are clearly defined.
Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth communication and timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor project progress daily, updating schedules and tracking key performance indicators to identify potential delays or issues early.
Support the preparation of project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and meeting minutes.
Utilize Civil 3D software for reviewing design plans, site layouts, and topographical data to support engineering accuracy.
Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing project needs.
Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring all activities comply with safety standards and protocols.

Experience

Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role within the construction or infrastructure industry.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management.
Familiarity with Civil 3D for civil engineering design review is highly desirable.
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards is a plus.
