JOB DESCRIPTION

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Test Centre Administrator for tests, you will play a key role in delivering a secure, professional, and supportive testing experience for candidates. You will be responsible for:

Checking candidates in and verifying ID documents in accordance with guidelines.
Setting up and supervising test sessions, ensuring strict adherence to test centre procedures and security protocols.
Monitoring test-takers during examinations to prevent misconduct and maintain a calm and controlled environment.
Handling candidate queries and providing clear instructions and support before, during, and after the test.
Ensuring the smooth running of daily test centre operations including logging incidents and maintaining accurate records.
Reporting any security breaches, incidents, or candidate concerns to the appropriate line manager.
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times, especially when dealing with sensitive candidate data.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A reliable and professional individual with a strong sense of integrity.
Previous experience in administration, invigilation, customer service, or another detail-focused role.
Calm and confident under pressure, able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining composure.
Comfortable working within a structured and secure environment.
IT literate and able to use systems for test delivery and record-keeping.
An excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable manner.
Flexible and willing to work varied shifts.

HOURS OF WORK

This is a 0-hour contract position based on-site. Hours will vary depending on test schedules and business needs. Shifts will be scheduled between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Availability to work on Saturdays/Sundays and cover staff absences or peak periods is essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
