Sales Administration Support

12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Luton Service Centre, Dunstable, LU5 5TA

Are you looking for your next development opportunity within DHL Express ? We have an exciting 12-month fixed term contract opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused colleague to join our Sales team as a Sales Administration Support.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving problems, supporting sales growth, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

The Role

As a Sales Administration Support colleague, you'll play a key role in supporting our sales operation and managing relationships with existing customers. You'll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a high-quality experience while identifying opportunities to grow customer accounts and drive business success.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing day-to-day relationships with existing customer accounts
Supporting the growth and development of customer business portfolios
Providing comprehensive sales and administrative support
Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently
Managing and coordinating operational issue resolution
Processing stock requests and new item set-ups
Supporting sales and marketing initiatives, including custom catalogues and promotional programmes
Preparing and managing purchase agreements
Conducting basic data analysis and reporting
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Maintaining accurate customer data within Oracle and Salesforce systems
Working independently on a variety of projects and initiatives while supporting wider business objectives

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service focus
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a busy environment

Experience & Qualifications

GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience within sales support, administration, customer service, account management or a similar environment would be advantageous
