Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and talented Chef or experienced Cook to join our dynamic team! You will be the heart of our kitchen, crafting delicious dishes that delight our customers This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary artistry while managing kitchen operations efficiently and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Lead food preparation and cooking processes to produce high-quality dishes that meet menu specifications and presentation standards
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and oversea all food preparation.
Ensuring timely delivery of orders during busy service hours
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and hygiene standards across all kitchen areas
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs
Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless serving of meals and exceptional guest satisfaction
Develop new menu items that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Supervising experience with a track record of leading a successful team
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and hygiene practices
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Demonstrated expertise in culinary techniques, food presentation, and menu development
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service times while maintaining attention to detail
