If so, this could be the role for you. We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded Senior Operations Manager to help shape, lead and continuously improve the way we deliver outstanding occupational health services.

The role
As Senior Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of day to day operational performance, making sure our services run smoothly, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, clinical leaders and wider team to improve processes, optimise resources, strengthen service delivery and support sustainable growth.

This is a hands on, high impact role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of how things work, spotting opportunities for improvement, and turning ideas into practical, measurable change.

What you’ll be doing

Leading operational planning and delivery to ensure services are efficient, responsive and customer focused.
Using operational data and performance insight to identify trends, solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
Managing capacity, resource planning and utilisation to make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
Reviewing processes and workflows, removing friction and creating smarter, more effective ways of working.
Financial management, including budgeting, cost control and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation.
Working collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to maintain high standards of service quality and compliance.
Helping to engage, motivate and align the team around operational priorities and business goals.
Building strong relationships internally and with customers to support excellent service delivery.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in an operations management role.
A customer centric mindset and a genuine passion for service excellence.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and turn insight into action.
Experience of capacity planning, resource planning and utilisation optimisation.
Commercial awareness, including experience of budgets, cost control and financial performance.
Excellent process improvement skills, with the confidence to challenge, simplify and improve how things are done.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to bring people with you through change.
A proactive, energetic and solutions-focused approach.
