Store Manager – Trafford, Manchester

Location: The Trafford Centre, Manchester
Department: Retail
Reports To: Area Manager
Salary: From £35,000.00 - £55,000.00 per year + commission
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

Maximize Sales & Hit Targets – Drive store performance and lead your team to success.
Lead, Train & Motivate – Inspire your team with hands-on coaching and development.
Manage Stock & Inventory – Keep products available, organized, and in line with KPIs.
Deliver Excellent Customer Service – Ensure every shopper has a five-star experience.
Operational Excellence – Oversee daily store management, reports, and staff performance.
Visual Merchandising – Maintain an attractive, on-brand store presentation.

Skills and Qualities:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Retail Management Experience – 2+ years preferred.
Sales Expertise – 5+ years in retail or fashion sales preferred.
Leadership & Team Player – Strong ability to train, develop, and inspire staff.
Strong Analytical & Organizational Skills – Ability to track and manage KPIs.
Excellent Communication Skills – Confidently liaise with customers and HO.
Microsoft Office (Excel Proficiency Preferred) – Comfortable with reports and planning. Work Experience - Proven experience performing effectively under pressure in a fast-moving environment
