About Us

Bocketts Farm Park is one of Surrey's leading family attractions, welcoming 260,000 visitors each year. As a family-run business, we pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences through our extensive outdoor play areas, indoor soft play, animal encounters, educational visits and popular seasonal events.

Food and drink are an important part of the visitor experience, with multiple catering outlets serving guests throughout the year. We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead our team and continue driving standards across the department.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to take ownership of a busy, fast-paced Food & Beverage department.

Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for ensuring our multiple F&B outlets operate safely, efficiently and consistently, while identifying opportunities to improve profitability, productivity and ensuring a seamless visitor experience.

This is a hands on management role where you'll lead by example, support your team during busy service periods and work collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for the performance, development and strategic direction of the Food & Beverage department.
Lead the daily operation across multiple Food & Beverage outlets.
Inspire, coach and develop a large team to deliver consistently high standards.
Ensure excellent customer service is at the heart of every visitor interaction.
Manage staffing levels, rotas and labour costs effectively.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
Oversee purchasing, stock control, inventory management and waste reduction.
Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, visitor satisfaction and commercial performance.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front and thrives in a busy hospitality environment.

You'll have:

At least two years' experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar senior hospitality management role.
Experience managing multiple outlets or high-volume hospitality operations.
A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to remain calm, positive and solution-focused under pressure.
A proactive approach with confidence to make decisions and drive improvements.
Level 3 Food Safety (or equivalent) is desirable.

Most importantly, you'll have a genuine passion for hospitality, people development and delivering an exceptional visitor experience.

Pay: £36,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
