Summary

Reginson Engineering Ltd is seeking a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our Customer Support team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy and supportive working environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer's order books, production schedules, and administrative processes are managed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Updating customers' order books and matching orders within internal systems.
Amending dates on production work orders as required.
Ensuring parts are dispatched in line with customers' required delivery dates.
Managing and updating customer portals.
Printing and processing work orders.
Checking stock and FAIR requirements.
Maintaining a tidy and organised work area.
Maintaining all relevant paperwork in accordance with company standards, procedures, and factory requirements.
Requirements

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

Have strong administrative and organisational skills.
Possess excellent attention to detail.
Be confident using computer systems and customer portals.
Be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Work well both independently and as part of a team.
Have previous administrative experience (preferred but not essential).

Salary & Benefits

£13.00 per hour.
Salary review upon successful completion of the three-month probationary period.
Overtime paid at time and one-third.
Paid every 4 weeks (13 pay periods per annum).
28 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
Statutory Sick Pay.
Permanent full-time position.
Working Hours

Shift

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm
