Full job description

Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

About the Role- We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Bodyshop Advisor to join our busy Bodyshop team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, managing enquiries, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has strong administrative skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming customers and visitors to the Bodyshop in a professional and friendly manner.
Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
Maintaining regular contact with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and ensuring a positive customer journey.
Booking appointments and managing customer enquiries.
Processing customer information accurately and maintaining records.
Supporting the Bodyshop team with administrative duties.
Managing emails and correspondence promptly and professionally.
Assisting with invoicing and documentation as required.
Ensuring the reception area remains organised and presentable at all times.
Delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive image of the business.

Skills & Experience Required

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Strong customer engagement and relationship-building abilities.
Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
Well organised with good attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks.
Positive, professional, and approachable attitude.
Previous reception, customer service, or automotive industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
