Full job description

Job Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join Pipe Dream Furniture. This is a sales focused role with primary responsibility for outbound activity and producing accurate, competitive quotations for large furniture projects. You will also handle a proportion of smaller projects and customer service enquiries to support the wider team.

The position centres on proactively generating and converting opportunities for our furniture range (including but not limited to bed frames, desks, tables, shelving units and related products) with B2B & B2C customers.

Main Responsibilities

Drive outbound sales activity to generate new enquiries and opportunities for large furniture projects.
Produce detailed, professional quotations for multi item and project based furniture orders and follow these up to conversion.
Sell to trade customers and end users, maximising order value through appropriate upselling and cross-selling.
Process orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle sales and customer service enquiries by phone and email.
Maintain clear records of quotations, pipeline activity and customer communications.
Work collaboratively within a small team to achieve sales targets.
Full product and systems training will be provided.

The Ideal Applicant

Strong sales mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
Confident and effective at outbound sales activity and quotation follow-up.
Highly computer literate (we operate primarily as an e-commerce and office-based sales business).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to deliver a high standard of service.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a small team.
Commercial awareness or previous experience in furniture, interiors, construction-related or B2B sales would be advantageous but is not essential.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
