Full job description

Working as part of the Reception Team you will meet and greet patients attending surgery. Deal with any clinical queries or directing these to the correct department. This will either be in person at the Surgery or on the telephone.

Dealing with any queries,, appointments, referrals, forms etc or passing to the correct team if required. Ensuring that the enquiry is handled efficiently,

Maintain a professional and calm approach to anyone attending the surgery or calling in on the telephone.

Support clinical staff as required

Ensure clinical rooms stocked at the end of the day.

This is a part time role - Hours - Mondays 13.45-1845 (20.00 every third Monday), Tuesdays 13.45-18.45 (every third Tuesday until 20.00) and Thursdays 13.45 -1845, you will also be required to work some Saturday morning shifts currently set as one in ten .

Previous experience of working in a GP surgery or healthcare setting would be helpful.
