Are you a B2B salesperson who knows how to close?

Ascari Office Ltd is looking for an experienced and ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.

This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced salesperson who wants the freedom to manage their own territory, build relationships with businesses and be properly rewarded for the revenue they generate.

With £65,000+ OTE and uncapped commission, there is no ceiling on what the right person can earn.

You'll be selling a broad range of business solutions across managed print, telecommunications, IT and workplace technology, giving you multiple opportunities to develop relationships and generate revenue from each customer.

The Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, attending appointments and converting prospects into long-term Ascari customers.

You'll manage the complete sales process from initial opportunity through to close.

Your role will include:

Attending face-to-face appointments with businesses across your territory
Generating your own new business opportunities alongside appointments provided by our internal business development team
Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers
Carrying out detailed fact-finds and understanding customers' existing arrangements
Identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve services or introduce new technology
Preparing and presenting tailored proposals
Negotiating and closing new business
Managing your own sales pipeline and territory
Following up opportunities consistently and effectively
Developing relationships with new and existing customers
Identifying cross-selling opportunities across our portfolio
Working closely with our internal Business Development Executives
Maintaining accurate records and opportunities within our CRM
Consistently achieving individual sales and gross profit targets

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of their territory and their results.

You'll need:

Minimum 1 year's B2B sales experience
A proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience in new business development
Confidence presenting and selling face-to-face
Strong negotiation and closing skills
The ability to build relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisation and diary management
A self-motivated and competitive attitude
The resilience and determination required to succeed in new business sales
A full UK driving licence

Previous experience within managed print, photocopiers, telecommunications, IT, connectivity or office technology would be highly advantageous.

However, we're equally interested in strong B2B salespeople from other industries who can demonstrate that they know how to prospect, build relationships and close business.
