We are expanding our healthcare workforce and are looking for experienced and compassionate Care Assistants, Senior Support Workers to join our growing team.

We provide staffing agency across the East of England, with opportunities available in Peterborough, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Ely, King’s Lynn, Wisbech, Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, Ipswich and Colchester.

Our staff work across a variety of settings including:

Residential Care Homes
Nursing Homes
Supported Living Services
Mental Health Services
Learning Disability Services
Autism Services
Dementia Care Services
Community Care and Outreach Services

Main Duties

Care Assistants / Support Workers

Deliver high-quality person-centred care.
Assist with personal care, washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
Support individuals with daily living activities and community access.
Promote independence, dignity, choice and inclusion.
Follow care plans and risk assessments.
Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns promptly.
Adhere to safeguarding, infection control and company policies.

Senior Support Workers

Carry out all Support Worker responsibilities.
Lead shifts and supervise care staff.
Administer medication safely and accurately.
Complete incident reports and care documentation.
Support new staff through mentoring and supervision.
Liaise with healthcare professionals, families and external agencies.
Ensure high standards of care are maintained at all times.
