Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, restrooms, and common areas, following established cleaning protocols.
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning tasks.
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines to ensure all areas are consistently maintained throughout the day.
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as directed by supervisors.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work, demonstrating reliability and efficiency.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks consistently.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, including the use of various cleaning agents and equipment.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
Excellent time management skills, capable of completing tasks within designated timeframes.
Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately.
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
