About BEI
BEI (Business Execution Intelligence) is a Constraint Intelligence Platform built to answer one question for any business: what is the single highest-value constraint actually limiting this business right now, and what should happen next?
Unlike traditional business intelligence tools, which show dashboards and performance indicators and leave the interpretation to the user, BEI is built to run the full journey end to end:
- Identify and verify the real constraint limiting a business's growth, every finding is independently tested before it's ever shown to a client, so it's evidence-based rather than a guess.
- Quantify the commercial impact of resolving that constraint, in real pounds, not a vague estimate.
- Build a live Business Twin of the organisation, a structured, evolving digital profile that benchmarks the business against real sector data.
- Deploy and track resolution through to a measured outcome, with a permanent Executive Memory that remembers every decision, constraint, and result along the way.
We're an early-stage but genuinely live business: 16 active users on the platform today, and a growing company presence with over 1,000 followers on our LinkedIn page. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build something real, not a concept still looking for its first customer.
The Opportunity
We're looking for driven, relationship-first people to join us as SaaS Account & Intelligence Executives, the front line connecting BEI to the businesses and advisory firms who need it most.
You'll be working directly with CEOs, COOs, founders, and senior leadership at multi-million pound businesses and advisory firms, introducing them to a platform that gives them a verified, quantified answer to the question every leadership team asks itself: what's actually holding us back?
This isn't cold-calling a commodity product. You're opening conversations with senior decision-makers about something genuinely differentiated, backed by real data, a real live platform, and a founder who will personally run demos with the prospects you book in.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Identifying and researching target businesses and advisory firms that fit BEI's profile.
- Reaching out via LinkedIn, email, and phone to build genuine relationships with senior decision-makers, not scripted, spray-and-pray outreach.
- Warming up conversations over time: connection, engagement, follow-up, and trust-building before any pitch.
- Booking qualified demo calls directly with Jacob, BEI's founder, who runs every platform demonstration personally.
- Managing your pipeline through HubSpot (provided) and using our free calling system (provided) no cost to you for the core tools you need to do the job.
- Building your own portfolio of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) as your booked clients convert and stay subscribed.
Commission Structure
This role is commission-based, with genuinely uncapped earning potential tied directly to the clients you bring in and retain.
- Month 1: 50% of that client's first month's subscription value.
- Month 2: 25% of that month's subscription value.
- Month 3 onwards: 10% of the subscription value, for as long as you remain with BEI and the client stays subscribed.
Worked example: you bring in a client on our £499/month Starter plan.
- Month 1: 50% × £499 = ~£249
- Month 2: 25% × £499 = ~£125
- Month 3+: 10% × £499 = ~£50/month, ongoing
Now scale that across a real portfolio. Bring in a handful of clients across our Growth (£999.99/mo), Scale (£1,499.99/mo), or Enterprise (£1,999.99/mo) tiers, and you're building a genuine, compounding book of recurring monthly income — not a one-off commission that resets to zero every month. The more clients you bring in and retain, the larger your ongoing MRR base becomes, month after month, for as long as you're with us.

Growth Within the Role
This is a ground-floor opportunity in every sense. As BEI grows, so does the structure around it, and we want the people who prove themselves here to grow with it.
People who perform well will have the opportunity to:
- Step up into team lead roles, managing and supporting a small group of account executives.
- Train and onboard newer Account & Intelligence Executives as we scale the team.
- Play a genuine role in shaping how this function is built, not just work within a structure someone else already finalised.

Who We're Looking For
- Confident, articulate communicators who can hold a genuine conversation with senior leadership, this is a relationship-building role, not a script-reading one.
- Self-starters comfortable with a commission-based structure and building their own pipeline.
- Experience in SaaS sales, B2B outreach, or account management is a strong plus, but drive and coachability matter more than a specific background.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn as a genuine relationship-building tool, not just a messaging platform.
- Genuinely interested in how businesses actually work — you'll be talking to leadership teams about what's limiting their growth, so curiosity about business performance goes a long way.
