Contract type: Self-employed / Contractor

Hourly Rate - £17 per hour

Commitment: 8-9 hours per week (38 hours per month)

The Role

We’re looking for a friendly, confident, self-employed Customer Service Assistant to nurture our

warm leads through the onboarding process. This is not a cold-calling role - you’ll be speaking with

existing leads, answering questions, building rapport, and guiding people smoothly to the next step

in their journey with us.

You’ll be working remotely, on a self-employed basis, and must be based in the UK.

This role will be between 8 and 9 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

 Call warm leads promptly and professionally

 Build rapport and understand each person’s needs through friendly conversation

 Nurture leads through the sales journey with clear, helpful guidance

 Answer questions and provide accurate information about our services

 Log and update lead details in our CRM/system

 Book appointments or progress leads to the next stage as appropriate

 Maintain a high standard of customer care in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

 Proven customer service experience (ideally phone-based)

 A natural people-person who enjoys chatting and building relationships

 Warm, friendly, and confident telephone manner

 Self-motivated and able to work independently as a self-employed contractor

 Excellent communication and listening skills

 Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment

 Based in the UK
