Full job description

WE'RE HIRING: PART-TIME BARISTA - must be fully flexible across all 7 days (Approx. 20-25 hrs/week)

Join the award-winning TAG Café team in Eastcote

From £12.84 per hour + tips + perks

BEFORE YOU APPLY - PLEASE READ. This role needs full weekly flexibility. If you have previous hospitality or customer-facing experience, that's fantastic, but the right attitude and work ethic matter more. We'll teach you the rest.

THE NON-NEGOTIABLES (please only apply if ALL of these are true):

✔ You can be scheduled on ANY of the 7 days (Mon-Sun), including weekends, opening shifts (from 06:30am) and closing shifts (until 17:45m). You'll usually work around 3 shifts a week, but those shifts can fall on any day. We rota to the needs of the café, so set days or "only certain days" won't work for this role

✔ You are looking for a permanent role, not temporary or summer work

✔ You are not studying and don't have fixed weekly commitments that restrict your availability

✔ You are fluent in spoken & written English

✔ You have the right to work in the UK (we do not pay cash in hand)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver outstanding customer service that makes guests want to return
Prepare drinks & food to TAG standards
Keep the café clean, tidy, and organised
Work confidently during busy rushes
Support the team and contribute proactively
Follow our hygiene and safety protocols
Bring ideas, energy, and positivity into the workplace
