Level 3 Baby Room Practitioner

We are looking for a passionate and caring Level 3 Baby Room Practitioner to join our dedicated team and help provide exceptional care and learning opportunities for our youngest children.

What You'll Be Doing

As a valued member of our Baby Room team, you will:

Create a warm, loving, and secure environment where babies can thrive.
Build strong attachments and meaningful relationships with children and their families.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, exploration, and development.
Observe, assess, and support children's individual learning journeys.
Support daily routines including feeding, changing, sleeping, and personal care.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an inspiring and stimulating learning environment.
Promote children's wellbeing, safety, and development at all times.
Embrace our outdoor learning ethos and support children in exploring nature safely and confidently.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

✅ A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

✅ Experience working with babies or young children in an early years setting

✅ A sound understanding of the EYFS framework

✅ Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures

✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

✅ A positive, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach

✅ A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and flourish
