Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join our office-based sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients through outbound and inbound communication channels.

Your primary focus will be facilitating sales by building strong relationships, understanding our product offerings, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proven experience in proactive outbound calling, a passion for sales, and the ability to handle multiple queries efficiently and accurately.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their sales career within a supportive environment.

Full time, Office-Based, Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:30

Responsibilities

Conduct proactive outbound calls to distributors to generate new business opportunities.
Handle inbound calls, emails, and queries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage shared inboxes effectively, responding to customer inquiries and follow-ups in a timely manner.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products to confidently communicate features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively.
Proven experience in proactive outbound calling and handling inbound customer inquiries.
Enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
Quick learner with the ability to develop a deep understanding of products.
Ability to build rapport quickly and develop long-term relationships.
Strong organisational skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and proactive approach to work.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
