Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administration and Finance Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will oversee a broad range of administrative and financial functions, ensuring smooth office operations and effective management of resources.

As a leading private electrical training provider delivering apprenticeships, NVQs and accredited training courses across the UK, we are committed to providing learners and employers with an exceptional experience from first enquiry through to successful completion.

With our headquarters in Portsmouth and an expanding presence across the Midlands and the North West, we are looking for an organised and proactive Administration & Finance Coordinator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing accurate, professional and efficient support across learner administration, finance and training delivery.

About the Role

As Administration & Finance Coordinator, you will support the efficient administration of our training programmes.

You will maintain learner, course and financial records, raise invoices, monitor payments and support registrations, examinations, awarding organisation processes, reporting and quality assurance activity, and support the Nottingham training centres daily operations.

If you are an organised administrator who enjoys working in a varied role and supporting learners throughout their training journey, we would welcome your application.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
