Full job description

The candidate should have the following skills.

Should know how to use Revit, AutoCAD, & Sketchup
Good amount of Design and Technical knowledge
Knowledge of Building Regulations & National Space Standards
Assist architects and senior team members throughout all stages of a project.
Coordinate architectural information with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other consultants.
Ensure drawings and technical information comply with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and relevant British Standards.
Assist with planning applications, building control submissions, and construction documentation.
Review drawings and specifications to identify technical issues, inconsistencies, or design clashes.
Attend site visits and assist with inspections and resolving technical queries.
Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and local authorities where required.
Maintain accurate project records and ensure drawings are issued and managed correctly.

Experience

Ideally, the successful candidate shall have at least 2 years of practical experience in architectural technology and a strong portfolio demonstrating completed projects. Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments would be advantageous.

We are looking for someone who is technically strong, experienced, reliable, and able to take responsibility for delivering high-quality architectural information with minimal supervision.
