About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Restaurant Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth arrival experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
Manage reservations using the restaurant booking system.
Answer telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Coordinate guest seating with the front-of-house team.
Handle walk-in guests and waiting lists efficiently.
Provide information about menus, opening hours, and special events.
Assist with customer requests and resolve minor issues promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using reservation software and basic computer applications.
Ability to remain calm and courteous during busy service periods.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
