Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to help lead our team of enthusiastic individuals. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for the craft beer, possess strong leadership skills, and exhibit a commitment to maintaining high standards across all aspects of service.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of bar and kitchen staff in absence of GM and AM.
Ensure the smooth operation of the bar during service hours, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the venue, including the bar, kitchen, and cellar.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and camaraderie among staff members.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with a keen attention to detail.
A commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
