Overview

The vacancy is open to persons willing to accept terms and conditions appertaining to maternity leave cover. Hours of work are flexible, for this full time position. We are seeking a personable and organized Front of House Administrator to join our team! This vital role serves as the welcoming face of our organisation, ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk and providing exceptional administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, so creating a positive and professional environment is key. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help keep our office running efficiently and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all who walk through our doors.

Responsibilities

Greet callers with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
Manage incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
Handle data entry tasks accurately using in house software and management software for which training will be provided
Schedule customer bookings and maintain company staff diary to include staff holidays and absences
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and preparing correspondence

Requirements

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and basic data entry techniques
Previous administrative experience is preferred
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and politely
Accurate and speedy typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
A team member attitude is essential

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
