Full job description

We're looking for friendly, professional and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives.

If you enjoy interacting with people, building positive relationships and providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and fast-paced environment. Previous experience isn't essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our client campaigns, creating positive customer experiences while representing a portfolio of nationally recognised brands.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Delivering a high standard of customer service
Speaking with customers about products, services and promotional campaigns
Building strong customer relationships through professional and friendly interactions
Representing client brands with confidence and professionalism
Assisting customers with enquiries and providing appropriate information
Supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals

This is a customer-facing role where communication, professionalism and a positive attitude are key.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required.
