Overview

Join a warm and welcoming family of five as a part-time PA on a beautiful estate in Berkshire, dedicating one to two days each week to assist with administration and organization of diaries, household(s) and property. This role is perfect for an experienced and super organised PA who wants to do work in a family setting, away from the corporate world. You would mainly assist part-time working mum and her three girls (aged 12-18) to stay on top of the family logistics - to be the extra pair of hands that organise and bring calm in a busy family.

Furthermore, you would be helping to set up / maintain and administrate a newly built private dance studio, setting up a website, advertise classes and ensuring bookings are made, invoices sent and settled and all documents are in place and facility in great working order.

Some travel might be required to London as part of managing property and other travel might be required but not expected to be overnight.

If you are professional, discreet, calm, organized, and willing to be of help to make a positive contribution, this position is perfect for you! Driving licence essential and access to car beneficial.

This is a part-time position. The salary is advertised as a full time equivalent; the successful candidate will receive the pro rata equivalent based on a two day working week, so approximately £14,000 - £18,000 per annum, depending on the candidate's experience.

Responsibilities

Assist with data entry tasks using tools like Microsoft Office and Excel to manage household records and schedules
Support administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining household inventories
Handle phone calls with professional etiquette, scheduling appointments or coordinating family activities
Research flights and plan family holidays
Perform general office tasks including typing, note-taking, and managing correspondence
Help with light household organization, tidying spaces, and managing supplies
Set up basic website for dance studio and ensure accurate book keeping of expenses and rentals
Contribute to maintaining an efficient and welcoming home environment through proactive organizational skills

Experience

Prior administrative experience or office experience is essential; enthusiasm and willingness to adjust and learn are key
Familiarity with technology and administrative tools essential
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) for daily tasks
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting professionally with family members or service providers
Flexible, personable and professional. Happy to work independently, but taking instruction with precision from family leads.
