Customer Service Advisor

Company: Panel Hub UK

Location: Unit B3 Newton Business Park, Hyde, SK14 4UQ

Salary: From £12.71 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (In-person)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (with alternating Saturdays)

The Role

This is a fast-paced, varied, and rewarding role where no two days are ever the same. As the voice of Panel Hub UK, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive top-tier support from the moment they order to post-delivery care.

You’ll also collaborate closely with our vibrant showroom team to provide a seamless, welcoming experience for walk-in visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Create Great First Impressions: Conduct warm, welcoming outbound calls to new customers to confirm their orders and guide them through the next steps.
Omnichannel Support: Confidently manage and resolve customer enquiries via email and telephone with clarity and care.
Creative Problem Solving: Efficiently handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and process refunds or exchanges in line with company policy.
Showroom Collaboration: Team up with our Showroom staff to assist walk-in customers, handle face-to-face enquiries, and manage showroom-related admin.
Keep Us Organised: Accurately update customer records, orders, and interaction details on our internal systems.

What We Are Looking For

The Experience: You have at least 3 years of customer service experience (required).
The Pace: You are highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The Communication: You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a naturally warm, professional phone manner.
The Attitude: A resilient, positive, and customer-first mindset. You genuinely love solving problems and turning a customer's day around.
The Skills: Strong IT literacy (emails, CRM systems, and spreadsheets) with sharp attention to detail.
Flexibility: You are happy to work alternating Saturdays to support our peak weekend showroom trading.
