Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Part Time Cafe Supervisor and lead the way in creating a vibrant, welcoming environment for our guests. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily cafe operations, ensure exceptional food and beverage quality, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding hospitality. Your leadership will help foster a positive atmosphere where both customers and staff feel valued and inspired. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your supervisory skills while working in a lively, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily cafe activities, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of food safety and cleanliness
Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance on food preparation, serving, and customer interactions
Oversee food production processes, including cooking, food presentation, and ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards
Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to foster a collaborative work environment
Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety protocols at all times
Support barista duties when needed, preparing beverages with skill and enthusiasm
Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly, turning every interaction into a positive experience

Requirements

Proven supervising or team management experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
Experience with food production, kitchen operations, or hotel service environments is highly desirable
Knowledge of beverage preparation, including barista skills preferred
Excellent leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
Familiarity with restaurant or cafe operations, including serving customers efficiently and professionally
Passion for hospitality with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
