Full-Time | Serviced Apartments | Central London

We are a young, dynamic serviced apartment company looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to support our expansion over the next 12 months.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, travelling between central London locations, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service. The role combines client-facing duties with office-based administrative work, including supporting our agency team with the creation and management of a large number of international property listings.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

Meeting and greeting clients at our central London apartment locations
Checking apartments before guest arrivals and after departures
Acting as a professional and welcoming representative of the company
Providing excellent customer service to clients from around the world
Travelling efficiently between properties across central London
Responding to emails and telephone calls while working remotely
Managing your own schedule effectively and prioritising daily tasks
Taking a customer-focused approach to problem-solving
Supporting the agency team with office-based administrative tasks
Creating, updating, and managing international property listings
Maintaining IT records and internal systems clearly and accurately
Presenting yourself and the company in a professional and polite manner at all times

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, confident, and professional
Organised and able to manage their own time
Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach
Comfortable travelling around central London
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
A strong communicator by email, phone, and in person
Positive, reliable, and customer-focused
Confident using basic IT systems and online platforms

Working Hours

This is a full-time position.
Working hours are 10:30 to 18:30 (37.5 hours per week, £13.33 p/h)

Permanent days off: Saturday and Sunday.
