The Role

We are looking for Full time Care Assistant. Reporting to the senior team, you will be responsible for the care and support of those who live with us. As a Care assistant you will be providing support and companionship to our residents, helping them to live each day fully and enjoy their later years, this could include helping them with their personal care, assisting with meals and activities or sharing in memories. You will be following a detailed person-centred care plan ensuring that each resident receives the highest standard of care. This is your chance to make a positive impact on people's lives.

Ideally, you will have experience in a care home setting. For you as a person we are looking for someone who has a friendly personality, can make someone smile and who will endeavour to provide the highest quality of care to those who live with us. Alongside that we are looking for someone who is great at communicating, has an abundance of empathy and compassion and who has a positive, can-do attitude, who can inspire and encourage others. We believe that their later years should be stress free and happy and we strive to achieve this each and every day.
