Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive our business growth through proactive client engagement and strategic sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through B2B (business-to-business) sales approaches

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing support and foster long-term partnerships
Manage your sales pipeline efficiently using organizational tools to track progress and set priorities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services, maintaining high levels of customer service

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar client-facing role with a strong record of achieving targets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English
Valid driving license with the ability to travel as needed for client meetings or sales activities
Strong IT skills, including proficiency with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and MS Office tools
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to listen actively and respond confidently
Knowledge of the industry’s products/services is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
