Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant dental team! In this essential role, you will be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help coordinate appointments, manage patient records, and facilitate effective communication between patients and our dental professionals. Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Schedule appointments efficiently, accommodating patient needs and provider availability
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and attention to detail
Handle phone inquiries, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications
Maintain organized patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
Process payments, insurance claims, and billing transactions accurately
Support the dental team by coordinating supplies and managing administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Prior office experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications and dental office management software is a plus
A friendly, energetic attitude that fosters positive patient experiences
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
