Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic new homes team . The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless buying or selling experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about property and customer service to develop their career within a supportive environment.

Commission- Only

Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing detailed information and personalised advice
Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available listings
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to secure favourable terms
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local property markets, trends, and legal requirements
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties across various channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts
Prepare necessary documentation including agreements, disclosures, and reports
Organise appointments, manage schedules efficiently, and handle administrative tasks related to property transactions

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative roles or customer service environments is advantageous
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information to diverse audiences
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
Valid driving licence is preferred for property viewings and client meetings
A professional attitude with a proactive approach to client service and problem-solving skills
