Aquarius Ltd Admin & Receptionist

Role Purpose

To provide a professional and efficient reception and administration service, supporting the Service, Operations and Compliance team

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the correct person.
Manage the information inbox, ensuring emails are acknowledged, held and directed appropriately.
Support the team with the completion and sign-off of PMV certificates.
Assist Compliance with the daily warehouse compliance sheet.
Monitor the enquiries inbox and respond to or allocate survey enquiries.
Allocate and accurately document callouts following discussion and approval with the Service Manager.
Provide general administrative support across the business as required.
Ensure all records and information are kept accurate and up to date.

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week

Standard hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Discussions around working hours and any alternative arrangements can be discussed and agreed with management where appropriate.

Good communication and telephone manner.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Good computer and administration skills.
Professional, reliable and approachable.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71-£12.72 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
