NIGHT RECEPTIONIST, FRONT OFFICE

4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off, 4 on 12 hour shifts

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is looking for a Night Receptionist to join our Reception team.

As a Night Receptionist at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

Welcoming guest arrivals and late check-ins, creating a lasting impression of warmth and care.
Handling all departures in an efficient manner by providing guests with accurate settlement and ensuring their expectations have been met during their stay.
Following up and actioning all guest traces and messages.
Attending handover briefings on a daily basis and ensuring all necessary information is provided to the relevant team and departments.
Performing all daily tasks outlined in the night shift tasks list in a productive, professional and timely manner.
As a Night Receptionist, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will be night shifts, working 9pm-7am on a 4 on, 3 off basis (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Night Receptionist candidate, you will have a keen eye of detail and strong administrative skills. You will be a confident communicator, both verbally and written, and have ideally worked in a guest or customer facing role previously.
