PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

From day one, you will have real conversations with real people, individuals who've already taken the first step toward a life-changing treatment and just need the right conversation to take the next one.

As a Customer Care Call Centre Assistant at The Wimpole Clinic Ltd., you will reconnect with prospective patients who previously expressed interest in our services. Your job isn't to sell; it's to listen, reassure, and guide. Because of this, your role is absolutely pivotal in shaping the patient experience and driving the clinic's success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Reach out to prospective patients via phone to re-open the conversation warmly, professionally, and on their terms
Listen carefully to understand where they are in their journey and what questions or concerns are holding them back
Educate patients about Wimpole's treatments and help them understand what the process actually looks like
Build genuine rapport these aren't cold calls; they're conversations with people who've already shown interest
Keep detailed, accurate records and work alongside the patient advisory and sales teams
Contribute to team conversion targets while maintaining a thoughtful, patient-first approach
