Build Your Own Luxury Property Business with Fine & Country York

Fine & Country York is expanding and we are looking for ambitious, experienced estate agents who want to build their own business within York's premium residential property market.

This is an opportunity for someone who no longer wants their earning potential dictated by a basic salary or traditional branch structure.

You will operate as a self-employed Fine & Country Associate, developing your own pipeline of vendors and instructions while benefiting from the strength, marketing, systems, training and international reputation of the Fine & Country brand.

If you are entrepreneurial, confident dealing with high-net-worth clients and prepared to proactively generate your own business, we would like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

You will take ownership of your business from prospecting through to completion, including:

Generating your own leads and developing a strong local pipeline
Prospecting for homeowners considering selling
Building relationships with high-net-worth clients
Conducting market appraisals and winning premium instructions
Creating long-term relationships with vendors and buyers
Conducting viewings
Negotiating offers
Managing your clients throughout the transaction
Developing your personal profile within your territory
Delivering an exceptional, highly personalised service
Building a sustainable and profitable luxury property business

Who We're Looking For

Ideally, you will already have estate agency experience within York or the surrounding market.

You should be:

An experienced estate agent with a strong understanding of residential property
Comfortable dealing with premium and luxury homes
Confident communicating with high-net-worth clients
Highly motivated and entrepreneurial
An excellent relationship builder
Comfortable generating your own leads and prospecting for business
Driven by results and uncapped earning potential
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
Able to work independently and manage your own diary
Committed to ongoing personal and professional development
A full UK driving licence holder with access to appropriate transport

Important - Please Read Before Applying

This is a genuine self-employed opportunity and not a salaried position.

Successful Associates should therefore have sufficient personal financial resources to support themselves during the initial business-building period.

We strongly recommend that applicants have funds available to cover approximately six months of their personal living costs while they establish their pipeline, win instructions and progress properties through to completion.

Estate agency income is generated when transactions complete, so applicants need to understand that building a successful pipeline takes time.

We are looking for people who see this as an opportunity to build their own long-term business, rather than simply take another estate agency job.

Your Earning Potential

Your earnings are uncapped.

For the right Associate, we believe an income of £50,000 - £100,000+ per annum is achievable once an established pipeline has been created.

Your success will ultimately depend upon your activity, instructions, fees, pipeline and completed transactions.
