Full job description

We are looking for ambitious, driven and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a Sales Advisor (appointment setter).

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing renewable energy businesses, helping homeowners transition to cleaner, smarter and more cost-effective energy solutions including Solar PV, Battery Storage and Air Source Heat Pumps.

You will be working with warm inbound enquiries generated through the OVO brand, alongside company marketing and referral channels, speaking directly with homeowners to design and recommend renewable energy systems tailored to their property and energy usage.

This is a high-reward opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is confident building rapport, managing a pipeline and delivering an excellent customer experience from enquiry through to sale.

The Role

As a Sales Advisor (Appointment Setter), your main responsibility will be to speak with prospective customers and book them in for a virtual sales call.

You'll be provided with training, call scripts, SOPs and ongoing coaching, so previous sales experience is beneficial for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will include:

Calling new and existing leads by phone
Following up with prospective customers
Responding to leads through social media and website queries
Handling basic questions and objections professionally
Booking qualified leads onto consultation/virtual calls
Keeping accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
Working towards agreed KPIs and performance targets

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
Friendly, professional and approachable
A strong communicator who can build rapport quickly
Empathetic and genuinely interested in helping students
Organised and reliable with good follow-up habits
Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
Coachable and willing to learn
Positive, motivated and able to work independently
Available for evening and weekend shifts where necessary

Previous experience in sales, customer service, is essential.

What We Offer

- Base salary of £28,000

- Realistic OTE of £70,000 – £100,000+

- Uncapped commission structure

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
