The Role

As Practice Manager, you will be at the heart of our operation, leading, inspiring, and driving success across all areas of the practice.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including rotas, compliance (CQC), payroll, recruitment, and appraisals
Manage reporting and performance tracking (Carestack and financial reports)
Lead and support team development, training, and progression
Identify and drive business growth opportunities, bringing innovative ideas to elevate performance
Support HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment processes
Deliver exceptional patient experience and practice support
Act as a role model and leader, motivating and empowering the team to excel
