Sales Administrator – Volkswagen, Stourbridge

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our VWG department in Stourbridge

What You’ll Be Doing

To complete & process accurately all vehicle orders, on both Johnsons and the Manufacturer systems.
To create computerised records on the IdealFile system for vehicles received into stock, completing details as required and keeping online records up to date at all times.
To Hpi / Experian Check ALL incoming vehicles (part ex/direct purchase)
To carry out vehicle mileage checks as per Group Guidelines
To ensure all cars are allocated the correct funding system code as they are booked in
To process all Vehicle Sales invoices accurately, using the correct system descriptions and codes, ensuring all handover documentation reaches the Sales Teams, via the IdealFile system, in a timely fashion.
To Tax Vehicles as required
To carry out physical stock checks when required, submitting stock lists to the VSB Accountant and reporting any ‘anomalies’
To communicate New Vehicle delivery date change notifications as required by the individual dealership(s)

What We’re Looking For

Have previous Vehicle administration experience
Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
Be numerate and pay attention to detail
Have exceptional customer service and people skills
