Job Description:

Company Overview
Pera Business Park Ltd is dedicated to providing flexible and affordable office spaces and meeting rooms tailored for businesses and events. Our small, committed team values attention to detail and strives to create an inviting environment for our clients.

Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our morning cleaning crew. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised work environment in a thriving business park. The Cleaner will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all facilities are kept clean and tidy.

Working hours
The role is for 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), with a fixed shift to be agreed at the outset within the core hours of 5:00am to 9:00am.

Location
Primarily based at Pera Business Park in Melton Mowbray but very occasional travel may be required to provide cover at a nearby site (Oakham) during colleague holidays. This is not essential and can be discussed at interview.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise common areas, including, restrooms, kitchenettes and meeting rooms.
Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets.
Empty rubbish and recycling bins.
Restock supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
